Terms Of Use

The terms that apply when you visit and use the Northwest Flooring website.

01

Acceptance Of These Terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website itself, not the contract for any work we carry out, which is set out separately for each project.

02

Website Use

This site provides general information about Northwest Flooring and the services we offer. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.

Do not scrape, reproduce, or republish the site in bulk without written permission.

Do not submit false information, or another person’s details, through the contact form.

Do not use the site in a way that disrupts it for anyone else.

03

Estimates And Pricing

Nothing on this website is a binding quote. Prices depend on the material selected, the square footage, the condition of the subfloor, and what has to be removed first, all of which we assess in person.

A price becomes binding only once it is set out in a written estimate we have issued for your property and you have accepted it.

04

Service Agreements

The work itself is governed by the written agreement for each project. That document controls the scope, specification, schedule, payment terms, and warranty. Where it conflicts with anything on this website, the written agreement takes precedence.

05

Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the design, copy, photography, and brand elements on this site belong to Northwest Flooring or are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use in planning a project. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

07

Disclaimer Of Warranties

We make reasonable efforts to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it as is. Photography is illustrative, and material appearance varies between batches, lighting conditions, and finishes. Nothing here is a substitute for an on-site assessment.

08

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwest Flooring is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

09

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, and the courts of Connecticut have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
